Provides end to end leadership for IT program management creating ROI, cost-budgets, capabilities, best practices and methodologies that help companies for long term and build a culture for adopting innovation in IT.  Creating solutions for Acquisition, Merger, Outsourcing and Global Delivery for managed service & shared services model.  Helped in setting up GCC in India on BOTT (Build Own Transform & Transfer) model.

Alumni of BITS Pilani, Ravi has significantly contributed to Accenture, IBM, LTF, BMC software and Trellance, in IT leadership roles.  He has built and managed Capabilities for emerging technologies such as CRM, ITSM, ITOM, Cybersecurity and IoT. Managed captive centers, COEs and GCC as Site Lead.
